The Most HateFully Racist Place I've Ever Lived. The 'Colored People' Are Now Forced To Show Identification To Even Be Allowed N2 The Building

The Metropolis in DownTown Los A ngeles promoted and sold at a premium a plethora of big dreams about a bright and bustling downtown future. The architects, builders, investors but especially the what felt like then very lucky buyers all had sky high hopes. They made a lot of promises of undreamed as yet back then at least, untold success. Almost none of those promises unfortunately, were kept or ever even came close to true fruition.

With one of the highest commercial vacancy rates in the city, it is as an investment, what the top financial analyst in the country might generously call, an abysmal failure.

Years of slow ugly decline have left behind a seemingly endless trail of unrealized pretty stories and what has become only more endless upkept broken promises, leaving mostly burned out, bitter now entirely disillusioned owners faced with only dark predictions of even deeper plummets to their property values.

These remorseful buyers now deeply regretful owners, are beginning to understand, they may have been lied to about everything. DownTown is never coming back. No One but the homeless want to live down there, so uncomfortably close to Skid Row. They're realizing they're stuck in a death spiral of economic loss, stuck inside noisy condos they can't get rid of, because no one else unfortunately in or outside Los Angeles, is foolish enough to even want to buy them.

The music never stops @ The Metropolis DTLA 24/7. Cristian Radu & Christine Borland apparently spent their formative years, when they had happy, in seedy gay bath houses. Cristian can't even afford to live here.

If you're going to be stuck down town you should at least be given the benefit of being able to enjoy the beautiful aesthetics and environment(s) created by the brilliant architects of Ginsler. The grounds and outside surroundings of The Metropolis are absolutely stunning.

But I'm a lifelong yogi, who didn't know he was under obligation to the building's gay sex predator/general manager, to feed his entitled greed for dark meat.

So this beauty is covered over by his selfish bitterness with generic tacky pop elevator music. He doesn't have a life worth living, so he desperately needs to be the soundtrack of yours. Ironically, the elevator is the only place outside the inside of your own individual unit, where you aren't forced to listen to what 'management' has decided you should.

Tacky tunes forced in the Metropolis is dictated UC, by only two people: Christine Borland & Cristian Radu, President of the HOA board & manager of extreme incompetence himself. Respectively the mutt & jeff face of ugly fascistic authoritarianism, oppression and abuse. Mostly because Cristian Radu is a petty little immature girly man who wanted desperately to quibble & nibble me bits.

I politely declined.

I've not wanted to say anything because quite frankly it's embarrassing. But at this point it's beyond intolerable. He's out of control and is abusing everyone because he's a petulant emotionally immature child.

This is always what entitled small minded angry white men do with their power.

The owners are becoming more and more irate. They've been complaining. But those complaints seem to fall on deaf hears. They don't yet know, their beautiful but obscenely noisy all the time building is being poorly managed literally (perhaps intentionally, jealous much?) being run into the ground by an epically incompetent deviant homosexual his long-term booty call and his rejected well past her prime sidekick.

They've been harassing and abusing me for more than a year. I've remained silent. Taken the high road. But No More.

I thought only to nJoy a java chai latte under a fairly pale but splendidly full moon's light shimmering beautifully against the slowly undulating rippled lighting of the pools surface just shy of 11p. But the noise on the 9th was so loud I could not hear simple thought.

The board is apparently fully aware of his abusive behavior. Since his attraction however, seems to reside exclusively with black and brown latino men only, they assume we're powerless. So they do nothing. He's allowed to harasses me in particular without compunction and apparently with their full support and absolute impunity.

Just last night I was coming home from a simple trip to Ralphs. Having lived here for almost two years, the guard saw me half way down the street and literally ran toward the closing door. I thought to hold it open. He instead slammed it shut in my face standing in front of the now closed door and demanding I move on as, I did not live here.

He told me four times I did not live here while the rest of the guards simply stood around looking directly at me, like idiots, waiting, watching. One black guard in particular (Jessie Stewart, u trifling gay barely fairly fairy house boy) whom I certainly did not believe to be my friend, just not one of my many very jealous cowardly so faceless enemies, only sat there, staring at me with a stupid look on his face, and simply remained silent. She stood out glaringly from the others, not just cause he was the only black man in the group, but because I'd told him just a few days prior, he was my favorite.

I locked eyes with him for a full minute and he just sat there looking at me, saying nothing.

I took a step back and called 911. The young Hispanic man I'd never seen before (nor since) immediately dropped the act and held the door open. This is how all people of color are now being treated at The Metropolis DownTown Los Angeles.

What happened last night is a whole new ugly level of racism. In all my years nothing like what I'm going through has ever even come close. I can only imagine everyone not white is treated here at The Metropolis DownTown Los Angeles this way. Or is this just the way you're responding only to the black man asking solely for peace&quiet?

I didn't ask to be harassed. In fact all I've ever asked for is peace. But I forgot with white people uppity negros like me need always make our request with humility head bowed in only deferential tones, on our knees.

And the all-white board (Despite the building ownership being predominantly Korean, they enjoy no representation on the Board Of Directors, Metropolis Los Angeles DTLA And there is not one speaker of Korean, let alone an actual professional interpreter on staff) has been fully aware of cristian radu's predatory proclivities the whole time. At least Christine's known all along he was bringing his black lover to what were supposed to be 'resident only' events so they could liquor up & hunt as a team 4 innocent str8 'strange'.

I'll let buyers decide if they want to live or only just invest in such a toxic piece of real estate. America is tired of this ugliness toward anyone not white.
